IN-MOLD TECHNOLOGY is the name of a process whereby the inner shell of the helmet is formed by means of foam applied under high pressure and great heat beneath the outer shell.
This firm bond creates an extremely stable helmet structure while at the same time saving on weight.
Especially under mechanical forces, e.g. during a fall onto a pointed object, an IN-MOLD helmet provides better protection than one which has only been glued in certain places.
