Although I am disappointed with this phone I am more disappointed by Archos customer support.
The phone does have some issues and is far from perfect but was willing to work through these with a bit of reassurance from Archos. That certainly hasn't happened!
The screen is very poor - those of you who have used a resistive screen before should know that if you press too heavily when calibrating the screen you will have to use a similar pressure every time you use the screen thereafter so make sure you tap lightly when first calibrating.
The spacing of the buttons seems very poorly implemented as it is almost impossible to get a correct response first time from home, menu, search keys etc.
My biggest issue however is that I get no Caller ID displayed.
I have contacted Archos and their responses have been quite frankly pathetic.
Is is unlikely I will buy another Archos device again based on this experience.
