Good for concept artwork and academia

I bought this book because I have an interest in sci-fi/futuristic architectures and themes and this book did not disappoint in regard to artwork and imagery. If you are serious about visualizing sci-fi/futuristic architecture/landscape then this book is also good because it is written by artists and academics who seriously investigate "received notions of economic growth and expansion and offer original and innovative visions of the future." I also love the sci-fi fiction of JG Ballard and there is a section on his work. If you know his work then you understand the logical connection with architecture and the future. Love this book.
