Modestly priced for the size and what is in it.
Its architecture porn at its finest and that can be said about all the architecture now. They have been very useful during my studies and have a number of buildings bookmarked in them. Out of the 6 this one has the most bookmarks in it now that i'm looking at my book shelf.
However the information on the buildings is very light so think of them as your initial stepping stone to finding out about the buildings that interest you when thinking up your designs.
The only reason for the 4 is lacking written info maybe if they made them country specific instead of lumping 3 sets of language onto one building their could of been more. However the book would be more expensive then.

How could you not get this for the price?

Beautifully illustrated, written, and presented. This book covers an excellent range of projects and firms/architects. The only thing I find slightly disturbing about this (and it may just be my copy) is that all the pages are bound into the hardcover upside down haha. No big deal, flip the dustjacket around and nobody will ever know! Wonderful find for the price, full of excellent information that should definitely inspire.
