I didn't know what to expect from this book. I couldn't find any reviews on the net. But I bit the bullet and took the chance.

When it arrived I had a 'Quick' look through. And was disappointed that it seemed only to have a few pages of video games (which is what I am interested in). It largely seemed to be a history of pinball.

Over the weeks I kept going back to it and delving deeper. And I quickly realised that I had initially misjudged this book. What it appears they have done it put them in a chronological order along with pin tables.

It was nice to see some of the old classics like Boot Hill and Space Wars. What I found particularly interesting was the section of ‘Extras’ which showed arcade related materials. Like the bear mats from Tapper.

The write ups are short, but accurate by what I could recall.
