What an excellent product! I have always been quite wary about using so-called waterproof cases for electrical equipment. Either something has been designed and manufactured as waterproof or it hasn't. None of the case manufacturers will guarantee the electrical equipment you put inside them, so, if it doesn't match up to its claims, there is nothing you can do about your ruined iPad etc.
However, when I realised that, without any sort of protection, my iPad was staying in the hotel, rather than accompanying me to the beach, I decided to take the "plunge". After all, I wasn't planning on going scuba diving with it - just sitting on the beach reading and watching videos. I chose the Aquapac for two reasons - I liked the fact that the closure had distinct "clicks", showing you it was really sealed, and that the unit could still be used in direct sunlight.
I was so confident after a day or so that I was happy to lie on a lilo in the swimming pool, reading a book on my iPad, with everyone splashing around me. A great case, works perfectly
