I often suffer with swollen fingers and uncomfortable bloating so I bought these tablets to see if they would help. Firstly, taking the recommended dosage is very excessive and actually made me feel ill. I got light-headed and nauseous after the first day so reduced the dosage to half of the dose stated on the packet. This was a little better in that I didn't feel so ill, but there was very little benefit from taking the tablets as I did not notice much difference in the bloating / swelling. My advice is save your money, these tablets won't help much and may end up making you feel worse.

THESE MADE ME REALLY ILL, I WANTED TO TAKE THEM TO HELP LOOK AND FEEL BETTER BEFORE MY HOLIDAY.
I THOUGHT THEY WERE ABIT CHEAP SO IRL TRY AND SEE IF THEY WORK AND BUY THEM AGAIN
I TOOK A FEW AS STATED AND THE NEXT WEEK OR SO I WAS WEAK, PYHSICALLY SICK, AND JUST NOT MYSELF

Aqua Ban 30 Tablets are just fine, helps to remove extat water we make,
this it better for u, no mess or no profesional stuff.
