    I bought this for aqua jogging due to a running injury. I found that to keep it in place the belt had to be very tight. This made it very uncomfortable for periods of more than 5 minutes, the padding does not go far enough around and the nylon belt digs into your stomach and ribs, but it was cheap.

    I have purchased a couple of these types of belts in order to do Aqua jogging, the Aqua Sphere belt was the most comfortable belt to use and I use it almost every day!!
