For someone who is pretty short sighted, swimming pools have always been a problem. Now I can see quite clearly with my prescription goggles (note the lenses have to be bought separately) and swimming is a joy. The lenses fog up a little sometimes but it's not really a problem. The goggles are comfortable and easy to adjust and tighten. All in all, marvellous!

These are my 4th prescription swim goggles and easily the best. Previous goggles had foam neoprene seals - these are leaky and eventually perish. These goggles are brilliant - they really are anti mist, vision is very clear and they don't leak at all. Only doubt is that I have the strap on maximum setting even though my hat size is medium. Maybe a problem for anyone with a large head.
Fitting the new lenses is very simply although the instructions are the worst I have ever seen. First identify the parts - frame, soft silicon rubber seal and clear lens unit. Working one side at a time, straighten the blue frame from the outside peeling the frame away from the rubber seal. The lens can then easily removed from the seal and replaced with your prescription lens. Then push seal (with new lens) into the frame starting near the bridge anad with the frame straight push it back against the seal. Whole job takes less than 2 minutes. Gather there is a demo on You Tube - but, really uneccessary. Absolutely recommend. These goggles are the best!

As one reviewer says "I can see clearly now". I have never worn goggles for swimming before and only recently realised that I could buy prescription goggles at such an amazing price. I pay over £300 for my spectacle lenses so £35 for swimming goggles with -6.0 diopter lenses that enable me to see is an absolute bargain. Maybe my review is premature as I have not used these in the pool yet but I can comfortably wear them for watching television from my ususl seat where, without my glasses, I have difficulty distinguishing faces and certainly cannot see writing on the screen. These will make my swimming world so much different.

I should say that I did not buy from Amazon -- I was put off by having to buy the lenses separately from elsewhere. So I went elsewhere where I could buy the whole package.

I am short-sighted and learning to swim. I bought the aqua sphere goggles based upon the reviews and because of their easy-to-change lenses. The goggles are comfortable and do the job of keeping my eyes dry. However even though the product claims to have an anti fog coating within the lens, this was not my experience.
The lenses fogged up on the first swim. I took them off and gently wiped them following which they did not fog for the rest of the swim. I have read in several places though that the anti fog is mostly gimmicky and is rarely 100% effective so this does not take away from the product itself.
To change the lenses, it is worth looking at a very helpful video on Youtube.
Overall, money well spent.

Excellent goggles, best purchase for my daughter who is 8 who is short sighted. Even adult ones fit beautifully although she is tall for age.
Purchased two -2.5 lenses ( have to purchase separately) and were easy to fit ( instructions on Youtube are the best) and she is now progressing much quicker with her strokes as she can see the Coaches and their instructions more clearly.
Highly recommend.Don t go to Specsavers for prescription goggles as they give you the cheapest Zoggs if you want them for competetive swimming. My daughters silicone seals came off every time she dived in.waste of money.

Get these as more durable.

I was worried after reading other reviews about fitting the lenses. However, I had no problems whatsoever snapping in the correct lenses for my prescription. Working out which lenses to buy in the first place was interesting but there are plenty of web sites out there that will give you the necessary calculation. The goggles themselves are fine - watertight but comfortable fit. Optically, it's obviously not as good as wearing glasses but a vast improvement on going without. I found myself wearing them going from the pool to the changing area as it was so much easier with them on.

Just received, completed 1+ mile with -6 lenses added fantastic. A transformational experience. By contrast there's a silly on line review where the viewer marked the product down after dropping on concrete and marking the lens. This is a wrong and unfair conclusion as uniquely with these Goggles the damaged lens is easily replaced at a modest cost. Also no leaks.

Had a pair of these for about five years and used all the time, they are by far the best clear allround vision you can get and excellent value for the money. Have just bought these as replacement.

Good goggles, keep our the water. Personally I prefer the oversized goggles as I find them more comfortable, so have since bought Aqua Sphere Seal. But all Aqua Sphere goggles are excellent.
