I purchased this book wanting to know more about doing Yoga in the water, I have some physical disabilities and really wanted to add something different to my workout routine. It has beautiful pictures of students of all ages, sizes and ability levels, actually doing the Kriya Yoga postures. It is wonderfully written so that it is easy to understand and follow. I really enjoyed reading about the breath, meditation and the healing power of the mind. Due to this beautiful book I have become healthier, more peaceful and I am practicing the Kriya Yoga Psychology both in and out of the water.
