When your iPod shuffle is away from the computer but in need of a quick charge, simply attach it to the handy USB Power Adaptor and plug it into any electrical outlet. Simply plug the adapter into a wall outlet and connect to your iPod for recharging. The iPod shuffle can connect directly to the USB Power Adaptor or the optional iPod shuffle Dock.

NOTE: Supports 1st Generation iPod shuffle, iPod mini, iPod photo and iPod with click wheel. iPod mini, iPod photo, and iPod with click wheel also require the iPod Connector to USB cable.

Excellent idea for when you're away and don't have a computer / laptop with you. Please note that the UK version does come with a UK plug and not a european one as the one in the picture but you can attach an adapter if you are going to the continent. Well worth buying.

I bought a 1GB Ipod shuffle for my wife and got this additional charges as without it you can only charge through your PC. Also great for when you go away to the in-law for the weekend or something like that!
I also wanted to confirm that I bought mine through the UK Amazon and the unit I have received is a UK plug dispite the box showing a US plug so happy days!

What can I say, it's exactly what you'd expect....a quality mains charger for Shuffles, Nano, Video etc. Shuffles plug directly into it, the others need the usual Apple USB cable that came with your iPOD.

It's a charger...it works..!
