The only downside of this phone is the lack of mms funtionality which can by overcome by using e mail. Apart from the above it is a brilliant piece of kit. For e mail, browsing etc, the phone first looks for a wireless broadband connection (fastest) if none, tries 3G mobile (fast) then as a last resort GPRS (Rather pedestrian) I dont think I have found anywhere where I get no service. Once you get used to typing on a small touch keyboard your away texting, surfing or what ever. I had an N95 which appeared to do it all but the i phone does it all.......BETTER

i got the iphone for my son had a problem with it, returned it and whoppee the next day a replacement in the post. i must say it was a pleasure doing bussiness with this man and would recommend such great service.
