I teach ICT for a living so I have shelves full of books that have helped me get up and running with new software - this is one of the best I've come across. I found this book very helpful and it had me working in GB 09 in no time at all. It is very well presented - helpful graphics and very, very clear explanations. As a complete novice to GB (recent convert to Mac)I'm really glad I bought this book, it has served its purpose very well.

You can think there is no need for an easy program like Garage Band,
but even if the approach is simple it's full of details not always so evident
and it's good to have a reference of them.
