The advertisement on Amazon clearly states that this cover is leather. The item received is black plastic, cheap-looking and fragile. It was also slightly marked when it was supposed to be new. I have complained through Amazon but after 3 working days have not received an answer to my request for a refund. I have had to rate the item with 1 Star only because my comment would not have been accepted with no Stars! Having now looked at many other customers' reviews I advise people NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

After recieving the item ahead of the estimated delivery time I was incredibly disappointed when I opened the package and discovered:
1)It was delivered in a jiffy bag that had been bent in the post
2)There was no invoice, receipt or description of the item enclosed
3) The item was stored in a see through plastic bag
4) The item was not genuine as advertised and supported in the customer reviews
5) The item was not leather
6) The item is Plastic and has clear scuff marks on front before I even opened it
6) The enclosed item looks like it would last a day before falling to bits
7) The item is black and this is the only thing that matches the description on Amazon.
I was ready to contact the seller and acknowledge that this was a genuine mistake and they had packed the wrong item. However I then discovered that two other people have posted exactly the same comments in the last two or three days. I would strongly advise against buying this product until the supplier is willing to rectifiy how they are advertising it online. Avoid.

Not bad at all! It has been arrived on time, also it is in good conditions and fine quality. Looking really nice on (white) ipad. I think the most useful function of an ipad smart cover is to allow the ipad to stand, when you are watching movie or whatever. Nice leather as well!

This cover is brill it protects the iPad and acts as stand to showcase photos or use as computing, well worth it.
