very poor quality and definatly not an apple original item, it is not a genuine smart cover. NOT LEATHER AS DESCRIBED. poor quality magnet attachement. I have initiated a claim back don't pay it

I'd give 4* for the design but 0 stars for build quality, after just about a month of use the main magnet which attaches on to the side, fell off the cover making the whole thing useless. Even before it broke it still felt quite tacky and the front became very wrinkled like the spine of a book from turning.
I would very much advise you not to buy this product, i have instead invested in a dock and am using a sleeve i already had which fits the ipad quite well.

Worth the money
Very good product the only problem I have is that the screen filter keeps on coming off when it touches with the corner of the cover

Apple Leather Smart Cover
This is a good product that works well. It attaches easily and protects the screen while not in use. However it does not give total protection as the metal underside is exposed.
