Exactly as advertised 11 Jan 2012

This key board is exactly as described, an apple keyboard with a French layout. The French layout is not QWERTY. So If you are looking for an Apple keyboard to type in French, which I was, this is it, at a fantastically low price and delivered quickly.

Cheap price, perfect quality - when you use it not as a professional 26 May 2012

I looked for a cheap keyboard for my secound Apple. I baught an mac mini as a musik an divx player on my Tv set. So I looked and found only a few cheap keyboards in the net who are small, have cable and look good. There are a few plastik no names and his original Apple keyboard with French layout. I like e alu case but dont want to spend 3x more morney for that. So for me I chosse: change keystyle on mac to french. There are only a few keys on other places. I only use safari and iTunes on thsi mac so it is not so important to find all keys. It works for me. If I want to change the letter keys, there are a few workshops on youtube they show how to change keys. but if you are a heavy writer you cant use it. Of couse you can when you life in france. so sou know what you get, try it or choose other. For me it is the best choise to have a great keyboard on the shelf with acceptable kompfort. I like the alu case.

Apple - Keyboard - USB - white, anodised aluminium - French

Don't bother buying. It is an Apple keyboard but its not a 'qwerty' board. And although its being sold as a French version I'm pretty sure they use qwerty as well. I suspect its part of a batch that failed Apple's quality control and should have been destroyed. Unfortunately for the purchaser you have no way of knowing this until opened (keys are in a totally wrong configuration) and connected.

One Star rating is a mistake - it shouldn't have any.
