This book has a suburb plot! Though not the best editing, and it could have been worked on a little more, though none the less, it really gets into the subject well. It is about four children named after famous musicians, who are not well up kept by their painting mother, and piano accompanist father. When they find out that the second oldest, can play the Violin, beautifully, they start on years of world touring, and by the time that Myra is 13, they finally come back to England and Myra, Ettie, and Wolfie (Wolfgang) spend the summer with their grandparents, and they decide that it is time that they had a home of their own, which they had not had since they sold Apple Bough, so they start working on their parents to get them to realize that they need a home, a home like Apple Bough. I just have to suggest this book to anyone who loves Noel Streatfeild's books, or loves any books about homes, and how they are special.
