Not fit to hold an iPad - I expected a quality machined product, formed to a smooth curve and polished finish. Instead this is a crudely formed product, made from what appears to be an offcut of aluminium, simply bent in two places and clearly showing stress lines at the points of bending.
The top and bottoms have been polished, but the sides have been given little attention. Inexpensive, but the money is better in your pocket, or put towards a higher quality stand or docking station
