Works, but the instructions will cause you endless trouble 14 Jan 2012

Long story short, this will work if you follow the instructions on the links some of the other reviewers provide. Its not hard to do, but don't even think about installing this till you read the links in the other reviews here.

I purchased two of these and this one some how is completely different. I mounted my imac to the wall with one and works wonderfully for the price. the second, on the other hand is missing parts to assemble like the other.i am now looking for the other pieces to make it whole. don't have any clue where to find the hinge to the back of the mount to the display. if anybody, has information to where i can find this missing link please help.
Works great if you have your own tools 19 Aug 2011
By N. E. Reardon - Published on Amazon.com
The product itself is fine, but the tools they sent were useless. The hex wrench didn't fit the screws it was supposed to loosen. The adaptor plate has rubber covers that presumably protect the back of the computer, but they hold the plate out of alignment and the side bolts won't go in. Had to take them off. Also, the side bolts themselves didn't screw in properly, and the hole had to be enlarged. I was surprised that an Apple product had these kinds of shortcomings.
