I found this book interesting and useful. There is a better book on this particular subject in my opinion of course, as everything is subjective.

The best book for me is "How to Master Anxiety" By Joe Griffin and Ivan Tyrell

From having suffered from panic attacks myself I know how disabling they can feel. If only I had this book at the time instead of the simple one page leaflet from the doctor (which was totally useless). In side this book you'll find tons of great information going through diet tips, exercise tips and ways to get a better mental hold on life in general. A great read that I would recommend to other panic attack sufferers.

Dealing with anxiety I have done as much research as possible on the internet therefore I was hoping that this book would have new information that is not readily available. I was disappointed to find that this book seems to just be a collection of commonly known facts about anxiety with hardly no information about conquering it. Would not recommend to anyone needing a source to deal with anxiety. More information can be found for free on the internet.

This book gets 5 stars all the way. There are a lot of free resources for this subject but this book gave me information that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. I just need to implement the techniques.

He covers diet a lot and I guess I see where certain foods that I've been eating haven't really helped. I didn't know about the antioxidant blue berries for example.

My doctor would just assume give me meds and I'm tired of thinking I need to rely on that stuff in order to feel ok. It's better to go with natural alternatives like the book talks about. I'm glad I read this. Seriously.
