Good so far...... 3 Sep 2009
Format:Paperback
This book is really good if you are willing to 'look into' your reasons of anxiety in order to try to overcome them.

Iam only a short way into this book however so far iam finding it really helpful and am still optimistic that it will help cure my anxiety. (fingers crossed!!)

This book should definatley be used alongside the dummies overcoming anxiety as it helps to refer between the two and you understand so much better why you are doing the activities in the first place.

I would readily recommended this book to those suffering anxiety!..... as the saying goes knowledge is power!
