Yes, I know it's expensive, but it really is worth every penny. U2 have worked with the superb Anton Corbijn for over 22 years which must be a unique relationship between rock band and photographer. All of the classic U2 shots are here along with many unseen before (lots of Bono!) all accompanied with fascinating insights from Anton himself. The pictures of the band members with their fathers are incredible. My only slight criticism is that it was a pity the handwritten comments from Anton contain crossings out, they jarr with such a perfectly produced book.

I am both a U2 fan and an Anton Corbijn fan, though I guess the two really go together, and so was excited when I heard this was coming out. The price put me off initially, but I bought it as an anniversary present for my husband, a photogrpaher, and it was worth every penny. The quality of the book and the printing of the photographs is superb and really does the work the justice it deserves.

Anton Corbijn is a superb photographer and every photo in hear is special, especially when accompanied with the personal memories he has put alongside them. Much of the work, especially the Joshua Tree pictures, are already well known but there are some amazing less well known pictures too. The photos of the band with their fathers are particularly stunning and moving too, especially that of Bono with his Dad who died recently.

Altogether, a very worthwhile purchase for U2 and Anton fans alike. This is a book we will treasure and it was worth every penny.
