This dvd with is very pleasant to watch. The yoga is for beginners. It's slow and gentle. Glynis and Howard lead a facial exercises segment which is easy to do and appears effective. The nutritional information is basically eat more vegetables,fruit and wholemeal products especially organic ones. I still give it five stars as I enjoy the facial exercises and yoga. The makeup section is set in a garden and pleasant to listen to. An interesting point brought up is that if you are very healthy and hydrated ,then like a child you should not need moisturiser. Howard and Glynis talk about the benefits of supplements especially Omega 3.

Excelent,easy to follow and user friendly, great to take on the trips and hollidays

Unlike some fitness and lifestyle DVD's there is no preaching or condescending dialogue. The production is relaxed and informal and the content is delivered with a balanced view.
There are a number of educational sections, I personally found the section on food and nutrition very insightful and helpful.
The yoga sections are easy to follow, and as one reviewer stated the DVD is ideal to take on trips and holidays as the routines are in short blasts which allows you to pick and chose what you would like to focus on. (They would make an excellent app for those using an iPhone or iPad)....
