This has got to be the best Ministry Of Sound collection yet. Great tracklisting with some epic 80's electronic anthems. I know all the songs on this, which makes a very pleasant change from other 80's albums with way too many fillers. There is hit after hit on this album! It brings back some great memories too.

Having bought lots of 80s compilations over the years, this one just about has everything. From the sheer majestic pleasure of 'Vienna' by Ultravox to Blondie's first foray into crossover rap 'Rapture', to lesser known but much loved tracks such as 'First Picture of You' from Lotus Eaters, to Paul Hardcastle's groundbreaking and still disturbing '19', it is hard to fault. My only sticking point? There are no tracks from ABC or Depeche Mode. Still, a musical walk through my youth. Awesome.

Great compilation of 80's electronically inspired music, I enjoyed listening to this when it arrived and have played it through a few times already, its been a while since I heard some of these tracks and it was fun to rewind and listen again and remind myself how creative and unique 80's music could be.
This replaces a load of old tapes and vinyl and even adds quite a few that i didnt get first time round which is a bonus.
Some of the selections are a bit random, SigueSIgue SPutnik & MARRS-seems out of place for some reason ,I know it was 80's but a personal choice I would have left these off the list.
Music quality is ok, vinyl always sounded better anyway but you know that already :)
This gets it onto my ipod and allows me to archive / bin my old tapes and vinyl.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to discover a sub-genre of 80's music or re-discover in my case ;)
