I'm not a fan of Anthea, but I would highly recommend this video. I have been doing this workout 2-3 times a week for the past 12 months, and I have completely changed my body shape. Even after the first month, I'd gone down a dress size. It's really easy to follow, and doesnt even make you break out into a sweat. All my friends and colleagues are now hooked on this workout, and it's amazing how quickly the result show. I can't recommend this enough. TRY IT!!!!

Good for beginners,

I often find it hard to follow workouts and keep up with the movements, but not so with Anthea! It's easy! And she just beams at you the whole time! If you really can't bear looking at Anthea then there's the beautiful scenery behind her - much more interesting to look at than a studio set. I've also found that with a lot of other workout videos, you need a lot of space to move around, and since my living room is small that was obviously a problem. This isn't an issue with these workouts, and the only bit of equipment required is a chair in the first level. Level 3 is a real challenge, but you don't have to start there. I thoroughly recommend this video - I haven't found another like it yet.

I have used this video on and off for 2 years and have to say that is the best video on the market for those who are have better things to spend their money on than the gym! It gives great results within days - something all of us like - which keeps you motivated to keep going with it. Buy and enjoy the body you knew was hidden inside all the time!!
