I'm not a fan of Anthea, but I would highly recommend this video. I have been doing this workout 2-3 times a week for the past 12 months, and I have completely changed my body shape. Even after the first month, I'd gone down a dress size. It's really easy to follow, and doesnt even make you break out into a sweat. All my friends and colleagues are now hooked on this workout, and it's amazing how quickly the result show. I can't recommend this enough. TRY IT!!!!
