Format:VHS Tape
I ordered this video as I was finding my regular yoga class too much (at 26 weeks pregnant) and wanted some specific yoga exercises that are safe during pregnancy. There are a number of exercises that provide the viewer with gentle stretches relevant to pregnancy but generally it seems to be aimed at beginners rather than anyone who is following any kind of exercise programme already.
Additionally the video cover is totally misreprensentative of the content of the video. It seems to have been filmed in the 80s and could certainly benefit from being updated with modern visuals.

This DVD is definitely for those who wish to stretch and strengthen muscles before delivery date. I actually swim and then use this DVD to stretch and unwind afterwards. The exercises aren't particularly difficult but they definitely stretch all the right parts! The breathing techniques used also help you to learn to control your breathing as well.

Very dated, overly basic with poor back ground music. Only for complete beginners. Don't be fooled by the good looking lady on the front, the video is decidedly frumpy. Other yoga for pregnancy videos seem similarly poor. My advice: find a class. You'll have fun, be healthy & make friends.
