It's brilliant! It has all the features it says, but there is one small issue which, while not affecting performance, does inconvenience:
On the packet it does not say which way round you have to install it as the fan can be for intake or exhaust, so I had to plug it in before I could screw it in place. So you don't have to, here's how it works: when the "antec" writing in the centre of the fan that does not move (on the sticker) is facing out towards you, then the fan is pushing air towards you (exaust); therefore when the "antec" writing in the centre that DOES spin round is facing towards you, the the fan is sucking air from you (pushing air away from you) and so acting as an intake fan.
Apart from this teensy weensy minor little oversight on the part of antec, which only took me 3 seconds to figure out, I was greatly impressed by the spinning blue blur that works marvelously

It has to be pointed out that if you want the best fan for airflow or the quietest then this ticks neither of those boxes I'm afraid. Try the Scythe Kaze Jyuni - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Scythe-Jyuni-1900RPM-Stream-120mm/dp/B000W7P4XE/ref=sr_1_22?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1244039582&sr=8-22 - for maximum cooling or the Scythe "Gentle Typhoon" 500RPM for lowest noise.
But if you're looking for good performance that can be adjusted on the fly (via a handy switch box) and an attractive colour then this is good. The loudest part in your system would typically be the gpu or cpu fan and this is a fair bit quieter than the average level of those (50db).

This is a great product, it is one of the quietist fans i have heard in a long time.
the fan shifts loads of air, the three speeds is briliant.
Cooled my CPU down by 10 C easy and my GPU at least 8 C

Exactly what you expect, no complaints. Fantastic how Antec make their products to clip together like Lego, no screws needed, just clips in.

Very good
Very good fan. Not too loud. Not too bright, although if you stare at the LED lights for a long time you will get blinded.

Does the Job
Not very exciting, but it is a high quality fan which is reasonably quiet in operation. The LED's look nice in my case and match the other fans (I have a Antec P900 case)
