I love this series, my only complaint is that the books have got smaller & shorter yet the prices have stayed the same. I will continue to buy them as I do feel that I get value for money but it is always a long wait for a short book!

This series might not be for everyone but it has a very European sensibility and a leisurely pace that apes the previous books. I do understand some other reviewers who find it a little too episodic, but for me I love delving into these strange worlds and don't tire of it. I just hope that it will all get raveled up by the end, whenever that might be!

Volume 3 of Antares brings more dramatic action and another unsolved mysteries. Can't wait for resolution in volume 4.

I am very happy Cinebook is releasing Leo's masterpiece. I remember when I saw Aldebaran for the first time. I didn't like the drawing in the beginning but I had to admit the story was fascinating. By the time I got last volume of Aldebaran in my hands I loved all in it and I started to called Leo a S-F genius. I am really hope story will continue and Cinebook has intention to present all other series created in the same universe. I can't wait.

The same storyline, but what makes it different is the imagination of the writer about flora and fauna. Kim has taken to taking her clothes off more often and their are idiotic and confrontational leadership which is typical of all the stories in this series so far.

One disappointment is how slowly the story is moving. This book has been published in other language long back, but English speaking people have to wait for months for this. What a shame.

after aldebaraan and betelguese, I thought that it might get boring with another planet.. but no.. leo gets it going quite well with antares. as usual, the flora and fauna are amazing. lots of new characters and new situations. interesting.. well on the way to become another star trek ! ( and hope it does )

The next installment on Antares is fraught with peril 18 Dec. 2013

The latest series in the Worlds of Aldebaran universe grinds on. In this installment, Kim and the survivors of the landing craft crash make their way back towards the base camp in the all terain transport they salvage from the wreck. Tensions rise and dangerous creatures are around every corner in this book. No seriously, almost every scene in the book involves an attack by the world's indigenous creatures.

All the previous arcs in the adventures of Kim Keller have been wrapped up in 3 volumes. Now that we are three volumes into Antares, it feels like things are just getting started, though a lot has happened so far. I gave this book three stars mainly due to the tedium of the attack/aftermath/attack/aftermath/attack/aftermath structure it has. However I thought the ending of this book was quite good, as major drama develops involving Kim, Mark, Mai-Lan, and Lynn, and a major development builds the mystery of the sudden disappearances.

Awesome 9 Mar. 2014

The art was fantastic and the story well thought out and compelling. The characters were all three dimensional and the back stories very concise. I only wish I bad know about these comics when they were new.
Lots to like 18 May 2014

Good art - unsaturated palette, a bit posed, not dynamic, but very credible. Strong character, esp. among the ladies. On the whole, though this seemed like a long, drawn-out interlude between scenes that matter. Five stars for the series as a whole, but four for this slow moment.
