What a wonderful DVD for sticking under the Xmas tree, and saying, "How's that for supporting a branch of Littlewoods!" What a wonderful gift for giving to any of your family or friends to keep the chuckle muscles working overtime and in fifth gear. Ken Dodd never, ever disappoints and this is classic comedy from a living legend - the last of the greatest "front cloth" comics who mastered his art early on in his career, and in nearly fifty years has given his public enormous value at every performance. On this DVD, whether singing grand opera or clowning with the musicals, Ken displays the stamina of a man half his age and can relate to any age group in his audience.
As well as his "well-tried", but certainly not, "well-tired" routines, Ken goes for several of those "most-titters-to-a-minute" slots and that just makes you laugh and laugh as one quip follows the previous and leads into the next, with the result that convulsions set in, and the Doddy King achieves exactly what he set out to do.
With Ken Dodd, and this DVD, it certainly is "Happiness Always!" You won't be disappointed!

I HAVE BEEN A FAN OF KEN SINCE THE EARLY FIFTIES, AND CAN SAY WHEN WILL HE EVER REPEAT A JOKE ? I FIRST SAW HIM ON CENTRAL PIER AT BLACKPOOL AND YOU CERTAINLY GOT YOUR MONIES WORTH AND ALL THESE YEARS LATER HE IS STILL AS GOOD OR BETTER A REALLY

This is British stand-up comedy at its funniest. Ken Dodd follows in the footsteps of the comedians of the past. Today's TV comedians have lost the plot somehow.

FUNNY
AS EVER KEN DODD DOES NOT FAIL TO MAKE ME LAUGH OUT LOUD.

Another Audience with Ken Dodd
Hysterical and very entertaining, would recommend to all Ken Dodd fans. Liked it better than the first audience. The man is unstoppable.
