I read the book within a day and also passed it to family and friends who found it helpful in supporting a member of our family with an eating disorder,it really is for sufferers, family, friends and professionals and it was great the way the book was sectioned off. I particularly found the medical information about an eating disorder helpful in recognising deterioration ( so easily hidden by behaviour alone) which meant which could intervene quicker when we had a blip.
