This Food Cube Tray is perfect for freezing small portions of your baby’s food during weaning. The flexible tray will make it easier for you to remove the frozen food portions. The volume of each cube is 60 ml. The clip-on lid keeps the food covered for maximum freshness and seals in all the goodness. By preparing food in batches and freezing in the Food Cube Tray, you need only cook once or twice a week. It is suitable to use from 6 months onwards when most babies are ready to start weaning. It is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and BPA-free so contains no harmful toxins.

Really happy with these food cube trays and so glad that I ordered 2 of them! My baby is just getting onto second stage weaning, so they are the perfect size for the slightly larger meals that he is starting to have. You can also do combinations of 2 veg in one cube as well as portions of chicken, meat or fish etc. Once frozen, the cube pops out nice and easy, with just a push on the underside, because they are made of rubber, rather than that hard plastic (have already had to chuck 3 of those plastic ones away, 'cause they kept breaking!) These are easy to wash up and have a handy lid to protect the food whilst it is in the process of freezing. I'd definitely recommend this product. :-)

When the tray arrived I thought cubes were too big, but first of all you do not need to fill the whole cube and secondly now when my baby is 7mths old he uses two-three cubes per meal (amd I usually use different cubes so that he has a varied meal). I like the tray more than cube boxes because after freezing you can remove the portions and put them into a separate freezer container while you reuse the tray. This means you do not need many. Some food portions are easier to remove than others but all come out quickly if you run a warm water over the closed tray.

This is a great product in theory... Love the portion sizes (much handier than the ice cube trays for a hungry baby!) and the lid is good for storing safely in the freezer... BUT... the food is impossible to get out! I actually made one of annabel karmel's recipes and it was frozen solid to the inside of the tray and i had to run water under the tray just to get the food out... Kinda defeats the purpose as all the portions were slightly defrosted then! What I have now started doing is using the silicone muffin cases you can get in the supermarket... You can push each portion out very easily by just pushing each individual slot inside out. Unfortunately this tray doesn't work that way. Pity!

Good product
good product however one cube isnt big enuff for one meal, i had to use 2 or 3 cubes. I found that it ripped when i placed it in the freeze

Difficult to get out once frozen
