Firstly the company is faultless & the service extremely fast. Sadly the product is not up to that standard. It was a poor fit to replace the original HP unit requiring a certain 'force' to fit! It's performance is sadly lacking too, when fully charged it barely lasts an hour. Personally I regret not spending out to get the HP replacement, still you get what you pay for in this world!
28 June...this company is one of the best I have ever dealt with online. It is realised that there is a fault with this product but as I live in Spain they have insisted on giving me a full refund that was completed withing 12 hours! So hats off to LapTopmateUK!

Purchased this after my official HP battery died after about 18 months after purchase from new. Given the chepast I could find an offical HP stickered battery was around 85 pounds I turned to this generic at just over 20 pounds. It arrived promptly and has been working for about a week and seems to provide reasonable life 1.5-2 hours : similar to that of my original battery.
