Gunslinger Girl OST import

This is the complete soundtrack of the Gunslinger Girl Anime. Not to be confused with the Game OST or Image Album. The tracks are not in order according to each episode, however, it contains all the music and some apparently not even used at all. Some tracks are repeatedly used in various episodes, some are only used once. For example track 32 tema 5 is only used in episode 11, track 28 tema 4 is used in episode 1 and many others. Track 9 ansia I could not find in any episode however it seems to be the basis for many variations used in other tracks. Many of the tracks are short, lasting only 1- 3 minutes. This OST contains the edited versions of title song "The Light Before We Land, by The DELGADOS and the closing theme DOPO IL SOGNO. The CD jacket contains very nice pictures of real scenery and locations apparently modeled for many key scenes in the anime. Whether or not you're a fan of composer Toshihiko Sahashi,(Big O, Full Metal Panic!, Rayearth, Mobile Gundam Suit SEED), this OST will surely please you.

Gunslinger Girl Official Soundtrack

If you like the anime and find the music to be very interseting, then the soundtrack of Gunslinger Girl is a must to buy.
The Cd is Imported so it's not in english. The cd contains 39 tracks. If you have iTunes, be expected to type in the names and the artist of each and every track (bummer). I brought this and it took me a total of 40 mintues to have the tracks on my iPod, to import to my iTunes Library, and put it in my iPod. Some of the most famous tracks are "The Light Before We Land" (Opening Theme) "Dopo IL Sogno" (Ending Theme) "Movimento" (In episode 4, When Mario is in the bathroom and he escapes. Triela is handcuff to the bar in the stall, The track kicks in when you see Mario climbing up the stall)"Ti Amo" is found in alot of episodes. (In episode 2, when Henrietta enters the rooftop to see the stars, The camera will then forcus on to the stars and the track will kick in. It is also found in episode 4 when Triela and Mario are talking about how Mario is going to give his girl a present in person.) "Etereo" (In episode 9, At the end, When Elsa is about to kill the target, Lauro tells Jose to take her place because Elsa was not forcus and she kept on looking at Jose and Henrietta, wishing that her and Lauro were like that. The track will kick in when Lauro is watching the car using the binoculars traveling to the church.) "TEMA V" This track is very spooky. (In episode 11, At the end when Henrietta explains how Elsa died and Lauro. When it shows Elsa walking with a grin on her face, The track will kick in. There is alot of tracks in the cd that you can find in the anime, but i think there is at least two tracks that are not in the anime.
The inside of the Album cover is black, Shows some pictures of modern Italy, with quotes or somesort in the bottom. At the end of the cover it shows Henrietta shooting at the wall. I bought the Cd New but it looked like it was handle quite a bit :(. But i wasnt going to buy $60.00 bucks when you can get it for 40 or 30 bucks.
There is a second season of Gunslinger Girl but it's comes out in January, or the beginning of 2009. The second season is called Gunslinger Girl IL Teatrino. Buy the soundtrack and you will enjoy Gunslinger Girl soundtrack and the anime itself!
