From the most daring riders that like to stand out on the slopes to the boarder that likes to slide a little more incognito, Animal fans will find something they love from this range. Key colours for the season include Vibrant Yellow, Deep Mint, Blue Bird and Mandarin Orange alongside the commercial blacks, greys and khakis.
True to the Animal ethos, all styles have a slight twist by combining some great colour pops and graphics together with fabric and styling. From a grey-marled check to a textured herringbone, our AW11 collection has all the bases covered.
Technically advanced pieces such as the Andro and Ayla jackets will give riders waterproofing and breathability as well as some awesome Animal style. New cuts and shapes can be seen in the Boyan and Bryony jackets, which whilst lightweight and breathable are perfect for spring riding. Ordered this ski jacket having read all the reviews, and it is simply awesome! The number of features never ceases to amaze me!
The jacket includes:
- removable hood
- removable hood fur
- 3 point hood tightening system (speeding down the slopes it won't slip off your head!)
- ski mask cleaning cloth (attached to inside top pocket with an elastic)
- "one handed adjusters at hem and hoodjacket": basically a tightening system which is used from inside the pockets (so no need to open the jacket in freezing conditions to tighten the base/hem)
- elasticated clip attached inside bottom left zipped pocket, for wallets, cameras, or other valuables you really don't want to lose
- "stretch snow cuffs": basically, attached to the inside of each sleeve is elasticated fabric you slide your thumb through which extends right into your gloves and creates a continuous lining between jacket and glove. No more snow up your sleeves when falling!
- Ski lift pass cuff: a transparent window under the sleeve fastening cuff to easily show your ski pass
And of course, this jacket keeps you very warm!

The jacket is just like in the photograph, nice bright blue colour and very good quality. It has 10k so it's warm and perfect for snow even wearing only a baselayer. About sizing maybe it's a bit large (half size not much more), my brother used to wear large size in quicksilver and I think this jacket medium size would suit him better, despite of this he likes it so much :D.

Excellent item both inside and out side pockets lift pass pocket on end of left arm. includes snow skirt and detachable hood. A good warm jacket.
