This bookazine disappointed me. I expected innovative and intelligent insights into the science behind muscle growth and strength training and instead received a narrative from a seemingly confused author who decided to fill up the pages by literally repeating the same point over and over again. The constant reiteration that intensity and commitment will give you big arms seemed nothing but common sense, and as the author rephrased this sentiment 43 times over the course of 2 pages, I felt a little robbed.
It provides little information past the obvious for strength/muscle building, and isn't worth your time.
