you either slow down, drop out [or something], tune in and meld with this or you will acknowledge someone has actually managed to recreate to perfection waiting for the dentist whilst the receptionist scrapes her nails across a blackboard without using that scraping noise. If you like out-takes from Neil Young's studio, without any words, devoid of song structure, played back at a slow speed this is for you. Personally, I listen to it if I want to do something I hate, like cleaning and dusting.
You have to admire the fact that someone can take some old riffs, play them at Step One learning the chord speeds [oh where do I go next, Oh Up there!] and play them back really slow. I think my computer has been hacked and someone has rewired my 70's takes.
Really, Bill Frisell would be really proud.
