I'm not a stranger to fitness DVDs. I usually enjoy Nell McAndrew type jumping on the spot, sweaty type cardio exercise, HOWEVER, although this is completely different, I got right into the dance moves,which weren't too difficult, giggling to myself as I am not the most elegant person and found it really good fun. There were floor exercised right at the end which I hate, but I even managed those.
The most amazing thing was the next morning. My god, did I ache.
