I bought this doppler at 18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child, as I have an anterior placenta and not feeling her movements was driving me a bit mad. The first few uses took me a while to find her heart beat, but by 20 weeks, I could find it very easily. For the price and quality, I love it which is why I gave it 4 stars.
However, my problem is the product I received is not the same as what is advertised. It looks exactly alike, but did not come with the c.d.s pictured. It does come with an input/output cable for recording purposes, but I unfortunately have not found any device the cord will fit.

This is a fantastic compact unit. Has CD and radio but what is the best part is you can put batteries in and take it anywhere.
Gets through the batteries quickly but I love the portability about it.
What did catch us out is when the batteries died CD kept saying error and we could not understand why - nothing in instructions. We realized it was just the batteries had gone and it needed mains supply. Would have been good if they had put that in the instructions!
