The LoveCrave are an amazing Italian band whose craft is to make a catchy tune. And that is excactly what you get on this CD. The LoveCrave are NOT `just another' Gothic Metal act, but a fresh and well balanced hybrid of Gothic, Metal and Electro Pop, with timeless hook lines and memorable melodies! This cd is chock full of catchy danceable songs. It all kicks off with 'Vampires (The Light That We Are)', and does not stop until you hit repeat at the end, and play it all over again. Personal faves are 'Can You Hear Me' and 'The Angel And The Rain'. Overall, this is a very good cd. Awesome!!

I gotta tell you. this is one great album. The hard rock/metal music is loaded with character and is top notch, the song writing is excellent, the arrangements superb and I love the singer, Francesca, who reminds me of Shirley Manson.

I found out about this band through my space. Their UK fan club wanted to be a friend. I liked what I heard so I ordered the cd. Great move, it's actually better than I thought it would be, and I loved it on the first listen. If you like female fronted hard rock/metal music, this is a must.

Which songs are best? How about all of them. By the way I can't say this seems Gothic to me, just effing good. LoveCrave, if you read this, you're great!!! Hang in there. Dee Dawning author

It is rare to find a debut album of such complexity and richness. "The Angel And The Rain" plays as a complete album, there are no throw away tracks here. I wasn't sure I liked Francesca Chiara's voice at first but after hearing "Little Suicide" a few times I came to realize that she's got a great voice. She's no Amy Lee or Sharon Den Adel but she's up there amongst today's vocalists. This cd is a true hybrid of gothic, metal, rock, wave and electropop influences. The best two tracks are "Vampires (the light that we are)" and "Can You Hear Me?" but all of the other tracks are way above average. So if you've shown slight interest into this band but have shyed away because you think they sound like other bands, I say take the plunge it's well worth it. The Angel And The Rain will be the first of many important releases from this band. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
