I bought this book because it was cheap and I have been spending a fourtune on books lately, so was I surprised by how great it was. From the very first chapter I was hooked and couldnt put it down, it is so funny in places I actualy laughed out loud. A perfect book to snuggle down to and get lost and a heart warming romance. I have now down loaded another two of her books and cant wait to start reading them.

I downloaded this book on to my kindle as it was free, i didnt want to put my kindle down, it was an amazing story. I was amazed and pleased it took me a while to read, some books are so short and quick, and you can predict what is going to happen, but this book kept changing keeping me guessing until the end. I didnt want the book to finish and cant wait to read the next one, thankyou for a great read

Triona did not grow up as a typical young woman, she could ride bareback, use her bow & arrow with skill etc. as this adopted daughter had taken the place of her brother when he had died. Ronan was blamed for the death of Connor and became the black sheep of the family. However, when the chieftain was on his deathbed he sent for Ronan and made his piece with his godson, he forgave him and asked him to take responsibility for Triona until she was married. Triona is determined not to marry someone who will stop her from doing the things she loves and initially Ronan takes too heavy a hand with her. There are lots of funny moments that had me laughing out loud. He's given advice by his younger brother and sister and also a chieftain who he tries to marry Triona off to. A fabulous book, a love story with some depth to the plot. Along the way Triona also discovers who her birth family are.
