The excitement contiinues... 11 Mar. 2012
By Karen B - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
Sequels are tricky things, especially when the first book sets such high standards. Angel Arias picks up at a cracking pace from where the adventures in Burn Bright left off and doesn't let you go until the last page. Leaving Ixion, our heroine returns home to learn some terrible truths - not only about the socio-political system from which she originally escaped, but herself as well. Cannot wait for the next book.
Odd and different 22 Aug. 2013

I am completely not a fan of YA. There are very few books in this genre that I can bear. But De Pierres manages to take a tired trope and turn it into something interesting and different. I enjoyed the odd world and the characters on both sides. Engaging, easy to read entertainment.

I wanted more Lenoir! 19 July 2013
By LAM - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
I was hoping for more Lenoir! I like Liam and Jarrold. I still don't like Markes for some reason. This book was quite different from the first one - Ixion and Grave are polar opposite. It's nice to see Naif continue to grow. Looking forward to reading Shine Bright next
