Product Description

Panic over, he’s back! Everyone’s favourite grumbling funny man and star of BBC2’s Mock The Week, Andy Parsons is back on the road in 2011 with his brand new show, Gruntled. Britain's foremost topical comedian returns to the stage and DVD for more logically rigorous, cutting edge comedy. Expect the usual clever politically inspired bemusements and disappointedly crushed enthusiasm. This is a sharp, thought provoking show by one of our most astute comedians in the UK.

"Terrific satirical stand-up" Independent on Sunday
"Parsons is on cracking form" Sunday Times
"Parsons at the peak of his powers" ***** The Scotsman

5.0 out of 5 stars bloody funny 26 April 2012
By Rowan
I have seen a fair bit of Andy on Mock the Week, and he's good on that.
But by himself he is off the chain, the delivery is hilarious, the way he builds is just fantastic.
I sat by myself and watched Gruntled and roared with laughter. Would definately recommend this DvD to anyone TBH, Gonna start giving it as a gift now lol.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as 'Britain's got Idiots' 30 Jan 2012

I bought this on the strength of 'Britain's got Idiots', which was extremely funny. Andy Parsons has a style of delivery something akin to a stern teacher, which is what makes him so funny, and this DVD is in his usual style. His insightful gags amuse, but this was more observational and funny than the downright hilarious 'Britain's got Idiots'. Still a good buy to sit down for some evening entertainment.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just as hilarious as Britain's Got Idiots. 3 Dec 2011
I thought Britain's Got Idiots was the best stand-up I've ever seen and then came along Gruntled and that toppled it. Very funny, Very sharp, Very slick, well worth the time and money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very clever and very funny. 4 Dec 2011
By DP
I never write reviews but had to give this DVD the praise it deserves.

I have already seen quite a few of the Christmas stand-up DVDs, and this is the best I've seen so far (closely followed by Peter Kay).

`Bubbles "Angel-1"' has no idea what she is talking about. Perhaps she would prefer Russell Howard and his funny voices.
