The oven cooks evenly without additional usage of fats or oils. The oven also retains nutrients and flavour of food and cooks 3-5 times faster than a conventional oven. The oven also boasts various temperature settings that include heating and defrosting.
The Andrew James 7 Litre Premium Halogen Oven also is very easy to operate. All you need to do is push down the handle to start and to stop lift the handle and also has a removable plastic base.

I first saw this type of oven being demonstrated on one of the television commercial stations and was sold on the concept. Spent some effort searching the web and found this small one which I thought would be just right, the Andrew James 7 litre. It was a reasonable price with all the extra's, perfect for two people. I had worried that it might be too small but was surprised at how big it actually turned out to be. I had read all the recommendations with the usual large dose of scepticism, all saying how wonderful the oven was and that their usual oven no longer had a use. Well this all proved to be absolutely genuine since my wife no longer uses hers. Andrew James, the seller was very good as well, the oven arriving promptly as promised.

I love this Halogen Oven, the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because it is the small size and does not cook as quickly as the bigger models. The high rack is not as tall as the previous larger model I had and is therefore further away from the heat source.
I decided to get the small one as I am only cooking for one most of the time and found this model to be just right for that purpose, also being smaller it is very easy to handle the glass bowl when washing it. It may take a little longer but it still cooks steaks and chops beautifully. Such a saving too not having to use the big oven. I would certainly recommend it.

great product..I live on my own and this is great for roasting meat and veg..This size seems good for one or two people..

7ltr halogen oven
this oven does all it says it does.haven't used my normal oven since it arrived.don't know yet if it has saved me money on electricity but its very simple to use.so far so good.
