The Andrew James Rustic Stone Raclette is perfect for cooking steaks, seafood, chicken and vegetables. Its a really healthy option to cooking as no oils and fats are necessary The advantage of cooking on the stone raclette is that the heat of the stone will sear the outside of the meat, locking in the flavour and taste.
