This hob is excellent. It is easy to use, fast and compact. I use this as my main hob as I don't have one in my flat and live alone and so this is perfect.

My cooker gave up the ghost recently so I bought the Andrew James Double Hob which has enabled me to boil eggs, vegetables, rice etc. again. I already have a table-top grill/oven so am now more or less self-sufficient. Don't think I'll bother with another cooker!

Amazon Verified Purchase
Product does all that is expected of it. Thermostatic feature takes a bit of getting used to and heating time does not compare with my ceramic hob, but it does the job effectively. I bought this as a stop gap while I await a replacement ceramic hob which has gone wrong.

Great product
Used Andrew James products before. Twin hob easy to use. Just bear in mind although it is portable it takes just as long to cool down before you put it away.
