Yet again, Andre and his orchestra have recorded another brilliant concert.
Having gospel singers is a very different part, but oh so successful, as he knew it would be.
It is fun from beginning to end. His Frank Sinatra tribute is so emotional, I cry every time I watch it.
You only have to see the warmth of emotions on his orchestra's faces to know how special he is to work for.
Every DVD is superb; they just seem to excel every time.

I am a big fan of Andre Rieu. I have most of his concerts on DVD. I found this particular one very disappointing. Too much Gospel singing, too many American songs, too glitzy altogether. And WHY TAKE OUT OF THE CONCERT HIS BEST SINGER'S ONLY SEMI-SOLO PERFORMANCE, THE BEST TRACK, (CARLA MAFFIOLETI) AND RELEGATE HER TO THE EXTRA FEATURES? Having said all this, the actual performances were, as usual, first class and the DVD is fantastic value for money at £8.99.

if you purchased the live at Radio City music hall in New York, then this is an exact copy of that DVD. Be careful of what you order because they are re releasing the old versions but are exactly the same DVDs

I was unable to play this DVD on my machine - a message came up saying that it was a bad disc, so I had no option but to return it.

Great concert dvd, if you like Gospel.
Andre Rieu is a master showman/entertainer and an incredibly talented violinist/musician. His concerts are huge, both in terms of tickets sold and content. Read more

First Class as always. Andre Rieu has found that wonderful knack of bringing semi classical and classical music to life and is enjoyed by all who know of him.

Musical Brilliance.
This video is first class entertainment, all I would hope for by an artist of quality, my wife and I have watched it many times,and never stops being entertained.

easy listening
I love this DVD. Being an Andre Rieu fan I knew I would. the whole orchestra seem to be having such a good time you just have to smile along with them. really lifts my spirit.

OK but not outstanding
I enjoyed this DVD but although I like Gospel choirs this one was nothing special and whereas the Rieu DVD in Australia makes you want to watch it over and over, this New York one... Read more
