About the Author
Two professionally certified coaches (PCC - International Coach Federation) and Master NLP Practitioners. Rachel is a former senior leader with over 20 years in the corporate and charity worlds; she has a wealth of experience in working with high performing people. In addition she is also a MBTI Practitioner. With a UK and international client base that includes corporate, charity and professional sport. Julia is a leading international executive coach with a focus on the areas of cross cultural issues, change and career planning/transition across a variety of industry sectors. She is a Licensed Career Coach and has hands-on business experience spanning the US, Europe, South East Asia and the Far East.

The next question is probably the one I never would like to hear about... This book is more than a book - this is a powerful resource that help us...
It is first about ourself - what is the next question I should ask myself (and that often I try to avoid!)... Where am I stuck? What is the next chapter of my professional (or personal) life I am ready to write down? Just by reading it (either from page 1 to the end, either select the next chapter you want to deep-dive into), we are facing all the questions that are the one "shaking" us, exploring the beliefs that are stopping us moving forwards, exploring what is keeping us doing what we alays do instead or daring just to explore the uncomfortable.
It is also about how we help others understanding and unlocking their potential. This is a great "friend" I always go to when I am preparing for a coaching session or when even I am stuck in the moment.
Julia & Rachel have just been able to condense and organise in a "book" all the questions they have been using since years and that are just the one we needed!
Not only they shared their experience, they invite us on the exprimental journey...all about "me"

The forward to this book describes it as a wonderful reference tool that 'assures us when we are in the middle of chaos' and so it does. It's a wonderfully detailed yet highly practical book that reassuringly provides anyone (coach or otherwise) with the right questions to ask at the right moment. Rachel and Julia share with the reader a fantastic array of thought provoking questions which they have gathered throughout their careers and I believe it will be as helpful to those who are new to coaching as it will be to those more experienced in the art. Afterall one can never have too many questions!

Sit yourself down and ask yourself a question - What do I want? where am i going? How will I get there? If you have asked yourself these questions and any others chances are you will find them and many you hadn't thought of posed in this marvellous thought provoking book. Rachel and Julia have gathered together a wonderful set of questions that will enable you to tackle almost any situation and derive valuable answers either philisophically or practically. The research that is evident throughout and the depth of the questions means that you will never be left wondering what that opening gambit should be. I am certain that this book will become one of the most thumbed in my collection since, like all the best books, it calls out to be used in every situation and I have no doubt it will. If you ever find your self searching for the right question in the right situation (and lets be honest who hasn't) then this is the book for you.
