Our 9 year old daughter recently got this and commented 20 times in one day how brilliant this book is. Both front and back inside covers have maps of ancient Rome that will really appeal to kids, it's full of interesting info and presented in attractive style. I would say a must for any 8 to 12 year old who is into history.
