It's almost a new century--why not make a resolution to explore the thrill of safe anal sex? This is a practical, informative, and mature book. Written by a smart physician who is knowledgeable and experienced himself, I recommended it to a few of my bi and gay male friends. (My wife got curious and ended up sharing it with a close friend of hers, too; it was accepted with relief because so many people are uptight about openly discussing the subject of anal health and pleasure with friends.) Go, ahead--order this book and explore a whole new world. This book will "open up" a new dimension in sexual pleasure for you and your loved one(s).

The "Anal Health" part of the title is no joke. From my late teens I was plagued with stabbing cramps, bleeding, and messier symptoms-- doctors cited stress, irritable bowel syndrome, and had nothing to reccommend but yet more fiber. In a matter of short weeks, the relaxation and muscle control exercises in this book cut down the pain I'd suffered for years. This is a must for any general medical practioner, anyone diagonosed with IBS, and, I'm tempted to say, anyone with a butt.

This is one of the most significant books on sexuality.

Jack Morin compassionately confronts one of our most irrational taboos.

As a certified sexologist, I highly recommend this book as a must for anyone - any sex, any sexual orientation - who wishes to increase his or her sexual health and pleasure.

this book seems to be straight to the point ,it as learned me and my partner loads of straight forward advise for anal sex and health ,im not realy the person to write reviews etc but im realy glad that i brought this book from amazon ,i did see these books on Sextoyshopit as well but ended up on amazon to buy it ,i dont think any one would regret buying this book it is realy great book i carnt praise it enough, if you like anal sex then this book is a must have for safe anal sex.

This book is excellent. It helped answer all the questions I didn't dare ask of anyone (including my GP) and I later lent it to a girlfriend who faced similar problems. The book is very factual and informative. It could have been a little more inclusive of 'women's experiences', but functions well without this.
