Undercover San Francisco cop Sean Cane (Chuck Norris) is forced to retire from the force when he goes berserk after the death of his partner. When he hears that his partner's girlfriend has also been killed, he sets out to exact revenge on the drug-selling Triads responsible.

One of his better films with Chuck Norris displaying his karate prowess in a film which plays a bit like `Enter The Dragon`. After his partner is killed in a drugs bust and possible double cross & the death of a friend, Kane (Chuck norris) and Mako decide to take revenge. featuring Christopher Lee as the main bad guy with Richard Roundtree, if you like Chuck norris you`ll love this. 5/5
The movie aspect ratio is 1.85:1 (16:9 Widescreen) & includes original trailer.

A routine formula that worked at the time: cop leaves the force to pursue personal vendetta against corruption.
And of course he's indestructible, dodging machine gun fire from a helicopter & generally making the world a safer place with his fists & feet.
For extra cheese appeal, his old sensei keeps commending him on defending himself so successfully, then lecturing him on his wild, un-focused
energy without spiritual direction, or words to that effect.

But it's a rare treat to see Chuck exhibit some romance, which should delight a female audience.
And the plentiful action, plus Chuck's soft-spoken confident, competent, tough guy charisma makes this dated formula rather entertaining.

This 1981 offering finds Chck Norris in fine form as the high kicking policeman on a mission to track down the drug smugglers that set him up, killed his partner then murdered his partner's girlfriend. The plot is fairly run of the mill, and the identity of the crooked cop and the kingpin are no big surprise, but for all that this is an efficient and entertaining thriller that allows Norris to show off his martial arts skills to an ever eager public. Norris finds himself pitted against some big names, ex-Shaft Richard Roundtree and the epitome of on screen evil Christopher Lee. He actually raises his acting game to try and compete, but Lee manages to steal every scene. Lee never looks uncomfortable in a role that seems a little beneath his talents, and plays his part of the efficient businessman very believably.
In all an excellent little action packed story, with plenty of really good Chuck Norris Karate scenes. Much better than some of the nonsense he would turn out over the next few years. 5 stars.
